Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order. All our shipments are made via La Poste, Chronopost, or Mondial Relay.
Same-day shipping for any order placed before 3 PM from Monday to Friday (if ordered after Friday 3 PM, it will be shipped the following Monday).
Delivery Delay Due to Carrier:
As with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the product may be lost. In case of a delivery delay compared to the date indicated in the shipping email, please notify us of this delay by calling 0950242950 or simply by sending us an email. We will then contact La Poste if necessary or take measures to expedite delivery. We decline any responsibility for extended delivery times due to the carrier, including in case of lost products or strikes.
Delivery Issues Due to Carrier:
Any anomaly related to delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products) must be imperatively indicated on the delivery note as "manuscript reserves," accompanied by the customer's signature.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns:
You have 60 days to return an item in the condition you received it (any used, modified, or unsellable item will not be accepted). To be accepted, any return must be reported beforehand to the Customer Service of Tao Informatique by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Credit Card:
Payment by credit card is made via the secure payment module Prestashop Checkout, which accepts various types of payments:

Bank Transfer:
For payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped on the day we receive your payment in our account. You will receive all instructions to make your transfer to our account at the end of the order. In case of instant transfer, send us an email or indicate our email during your transfer with the bank so we can validate the payment/shipping of the order immediately.
